Delaware and Chester Counties Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) programs empowers community volunteers to connect with and champion children and youth involved in the child welfare system, advocating for equity, resources, stability and permanency. 

• In 2023, CASA served 303 children, a record number. However, many more children in our community need a safe, stable adult in their lives. 
• This year, CASA is hoping to raise $2 million to further its impact on children in need of advocacy in our community. 
• CASA needs your help to expand their reach, and to help serve the 300 additional children in our community who do not currently have a CASA volunteer.
